{"id":541,"date":"2018-12-05T17:45:15","date_gmt":"2018-12-05T21:45:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/consentidosocial.com\/?p=541"},"modified":"2019-03-22T16:06:52","modified_gmt":"2019-03-22T20:06:52","slug":"ojo-con-el-sobreprecio-del-azucar-dice-aneih","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/consentidosocial.com\/en\/2018\/12\/05\/ojo-con-el-sobreprecio-del-azucar-dice-aneih\/","title":{"rendered":"Ojo con el sobreprecio del az\u00facar, dice ANEIH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un oligopolio en el mercado local del az\u00facar que impone sobreprecios superiores a 100% con relaci\u00f3n al par\u00e1metro internacional est\u00e1 poniendo en riesgo la estabilidad de diferentes segmentos poblacionales.<\/p>\n<p>La advertencia fue hecha por Antonio Taveras Guzm\u00e1n, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Empresas e Industrias Herrera (ANEIH).<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el l\u00edder empresarial, se trata de un diferencial de precio, manejado a trav\u00e9s de un esquema poco transparente de licencias de importaci\u00f3n, que crea \u201cun incentivo perverso\u201d para mantener una producci\u00f3n dirigida exclusivamente a la cuota de exportaci\u00f3n hacia Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que bajo ese modelo resulta altamente atractivo importar sobre precios internacionales que han venido cayendo desde final de 2016, para colocar el producto en el mercado local a un sobreprecio mayor al 100%, pagado por los consumidores en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y que, a su vez, eleva los costos de las industrias.<\/p>\n<p>Con esto se presiona la empresa local, se dan las condiciones para la fuga de inversiones y se podr\u00edan perder miles de empleos, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad la tonelada m\u00e9trica de az\u00facar no deber\u00eda superar los 532.40 d\u00f3lares, pero se paga un sobreprecio[GR1] de 250 d\u00f3lares, equivalente a un 47%, indic\u00f3 Taveras Guzm\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>De continuar esta situaci\u00f3n se producir\u00eda el desmonte de estructuras industriales para trasladarse a otros mercados cercanos, por lo que pidi\u00f3 a Pro Competencia y a Competitividad prestar atenci\u00f3n a este problema e inst\u00f3 al Gobierno a propiciar la liberalizaci\u00f3n del mercado del az\u00facar y aplicar una pol\u00edtica que incentive el cultivo industrializado y mecanizado de ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un oligopolio en el mercado local del az\u00facar que impone sobreprecios superiores a 100% con relaci\u00f3n al par\u00e1metro internacional est\u00e1 poniendo en riesgo la estabilidad de diferentes segmentos poblacionales.
