{"id":8719,"date":"2020-02-21T15:02:22","date_gmt":"2020-02-21T19:02:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/consentidosocial.com\/?p=8719"},"modified":"2020-02-21T15:09:05","modified_gmt":"2020-02-21T19:09:05","slug":"ley-de-transparencia-y-revalorizacion-patrimonial-facilita-regularizacion-de-contribuyentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/consentidosocial.com\/en\/2020\/02\/21\/ley-de-transparencia-y-revalorizacion-patrimonial-facilita-regularizacion-de-contribuyentes\/","title":{"rendered":"Ley de Transparencia y Revalorizaci\u00f3n Patrimonial facilita regularizaci\u00f3n de contribuyentes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic<\/strong>.-\u00a0 La nueva <a href=\"https:\/\/es.scribd.com\/document\/447841502\/Ley-46-20\">Ley 46-20<\/a> de Transparencia y Revalorizaci\u00f3n Patrimonial, constituye para los contribuyentes una excelente herramienta de facilitaci\u00f3n y regularizaci\u00f3n de su situaci\u00f3n fiscal.<\/p>\n<p>La consideraci\u00f3n fue expresada por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Impuestos Internos (DGII) en nota remitida a Con Sentido Social.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"dropcap dropcap2\"><strong><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">A<\/span><\/strong><\/span> su juicio, la aplicaci\u00f3n del marco legal tendr\u00e1 un impacto positivo para el pa\u00eds, resaltando las facilidades que, transitoriamente, ofrece la legislaci\u00f3n para que los contribuyentes como la posibilidad de saldar deudas tributarias pagando el monto del impuesto y hasta un a\u00f1o de intereses; as\u00ed como un plazo de 180 d\u00edas para saldar el gravamen por activos no declarados.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote td_quote_right\">\n<hr \/>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la posesi\u00f3n de moneda nacional o extranjera, instrumentos financieros, bienes muebles e inmuebles, correcci\u00f3n de inventarios, podr\u00e1n ser considerados por los contribuyentes para su regularizaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de declaraciones presentadas a la DGII, tan pronto la ley entre en vigencia.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Otra facilidad es la posibilidad de aprovechar el establecimiento de una tasa de tributaci\u00f3n de 2% sobre el valor total de los bienes declarados voluntariamente, como pago \u00fanico y definitivo.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"dropcap dropcap2\"><strong><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">L<\/span><\/strong><\/span>a DGII sostuvo que la ley 155-17, contra el Lavado de Activos y Financiamiento del Terrorismo, tipifica el delito tributario como infracci\u00f3n precedente de lavado de activos, por lo cual urg\u00eda la necesidad de ayudar a transparentar el patrimonio de los contribuyentes, poniendo a su disposici\u00f3n mecanismos de transparencia.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Santo Domingo, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.-\u00a0 La nueva Ley 46-20 de Transparencia y Revalorizaci\u00f3n Patrimonial, constituye para los contribuyentes una excelente herramienta de facilitaci\u00f3n y regularizaci\u00f3n de su situaci\u00f3n fiscal.
