Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.- The Popular Pension Fund Administrator (AFP Popular) brought together more than 700 people at two conferences held in Santo Domingo and Santiago on the occasion of Senior Citizens Month.
The meetings, titled “Let Life Go On”, addressed well-being and the creation of meaningful experiences at each stage of life.
LThe sessions were led by behavioral professional Martha Beato and took place at Galería 360 in Santo Domingo and the auditorium of the Centro León in Santiago, where attendees enjoyed spaces for learning, reflection, and personal connection.
A positive view of aging
Under the motto "Let Life Go On", the conferences were conceived as an invitation to learn, discover, enjoy, connect, support and, above all, continue building moments that have meaning.
Through this initiative, AFP Popular facilitated a meeting aimed at valuing the opportunities offered by each stage of life and promoting a positive vision of aging, based on fulfillment, participation and well-being.
The keynote address was delivered by Adela Báez, Vice President of Business and Institutional Relations at AFP Popular. “At AFP Popular, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting people throughout the different stages of their lives, understanding that our purpose is not limited to preparing them for retirement, but also involves contributing to ensuring that this future can be lived with well-being, dignity, and fulfillment,” she stated.
